Message One set is for oil and the other sets are for compression and there are oil wipers. Since I am not an expert I can't comment if the oil rings could be bad and the compression rings be good. Wet sparks plugs is an indication of bad rings or worn valve guides and I have also seen dry rotted valve stem seals allow oil to get into the combustion chamber.

Have you drained the oil to see if there is water mixed with your oil? Also have you checked the radiator for oil? A blown head gasket will let oil and water mix in either the oil pan or the radiator. You can check for a coolant leak by renting a radiator pressure tester from the local auto parts store and use it to pressurize the coolant system to locate any leaks. Hope this helps and maybe a resident expert can expand on your question regarding the rings. Good luck
